This is an all day program which will cover client interviews, charging
documents, suppression motions, field sobriety tests, breath and blood tests,
sentencing, MVA hearings and more.

The course is designed for novice lawyers or lawyers who have never handled a
DUI case, but can also be a good refresher for more experienced lawyers.
Extensive materials will be provided.

Cancellation Policy: $50 cancellation fee if received in writing after September 16, 2005. Cancellations less than 11 business days prior to the seminar forfeit all payment unless a student placement is provided. Only registrations providing an accepted form of payment will be processed. Space is limited and on-site registration may not be available.

Directions: Take 1-295 to West Nursery road (from North-bound turn right, from South-bound turn left). Turn left at the first light. Turn Left on Aero Drive, proceed until end and turn right onto the campus. Follow drive down and turn left into parking lot. The meeting is in Bldg. 3, classroom 2.
